Mother and Baby

A Special hour to spend with your little one, taking time to gently introduce strength and conditioning exercises back into your routine, whilst connecting in a special way with your little one. Each class will consist of some yoga for your baby, to encourage their development as well as some poses to learn to help with their ailments such as colic. Some yoga for you, to help your body heal and feel more like your own again, as well as some focussed breathing and relaxation to bring a moment or two of calm and some yoga that you can do together, strengthening the bond between mother and baby.

Perfect for all mothers, regardless of yoga experience.




The class is one hour, however, the length of practice in each class will usually be around 45 minutes (this will vary week by week depending on the babies vibes..!) and we will enjoy a little moment at the end with a cup of tea, a biscuit and a chat! The classes have been split into 2 ages so that we can focus on baby's development as well as your progress in building back your strength and agility.


Please note - As I am currently on maternity leave mother and Baby classes are currently not available.
due to restart spring 2020.

The class is a welcoming, safe space for mothers to bring their babies, there is the freedom to drop in and out of the class over the hour according to the babies needs (feeding, changing etc) without judgement.
