If you rest, you rust' - This beginner friendly yoga class will focus on stretching to benefit cyclists. Over the 6-week course of 1.5-hour classes we will work on stretching out the parts of the body that cyclists ‘usually’ struggle with as well as focussing on our breath to help the mind find some stillness. This class can be used as a great cross training exercise or incorporated into a cool down.
